Did you take selfies before selfies were cool? Photo Booths have been around in arcades, amusement parks, shopping centers and malls for many years. There was just something almost magical about depositing a few coins into the slot, and pulling that curtain! That allowed me to be as serious or silly as my mood took me on those visits. I won't deny several make-out sessions occurred when I was with 'the man behind the curtain'... Don't judge me.. giggle! Next came the wait for the brownish sepia 4 photo strip to emerge... I would annoyingly hum the Jeopardy theme song at times before the final reveal.. Fun times. Anticipation. Cheap thrill. Great memories!
