I purchased a Banquet Deep Dish Sausage & Gravy Pot Pie last week on a whim, and I'm so happy I did! I planned to buy (and had on my grocery list) Bob Evans Microwave Biscuits and Gravy, but there was a huge price difference between the Banquet meal and the Bob Evans meal. Banquet was less than a dollar, so naturally that was the one I chose! Neither of these are healthy choices, but healthy wasn't was I was looking for in this instance. I consider this a comfort food. I was raised on southern cooking, and that's the type of food I still prefer today. I heated it in the microwave for 5 minutes, then allowed it to cool for two minutes. That seems too easy for an appetizing country meal, right? Wrong! There wasn't a single crumb left when I was finished eating! I like this even more than Bob Evans Biscuits and Gravy. It's THAT good!
